With 20+ years in Talent and Organizational Development, Joelle Collins helps individuals, teams, and organizations learn, lead, and grow. She specializes in cultivating strong workplace cultures, coaching & developing leaders at all levels, and inspiring early‑career professionals to discover their strengths and build meaningful career paths.

At Panasonic Energy (Tesla Gigafactory), Joelle led large-scale initiatives that transformed onboarding, enhanced culture, and launched flagship leadership development programs. Her career also includes senior HR and talent roles at Sierra Nevada Corporation, PennyMac, Employers Insurance, and Intuit, where she built programs that improved leadership capability, employee engagement & retention, and organizational alignment.

Joelle holds a Bachelor’s in Business from California State University – Northridge. She is SPHR certified and a Certified Executive Coach. She holds advanced assessment certifications, including Myers-Briggs, Hogan, DiSC, Predictive Index, Korn Ferry Leadership & Interview Architects, TalentX7, and Prosci Change Management.
